Job Title: Project Manager & Account Manager – Nairobi
Company Profile: Our client offers professional Call Center software and telecommunication solution for in house and outsourced call centers without any initial investment.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact with call center managers and supervisors, providing technical support and advice.
- Help to successfully develop and test new software features, taking into account our clients viewpoint.
- Tutorials: training and consultancy for existing clients
- Supporting the other departments (sales, marketing)
- Working on the Key Account Management (Project management) support, manage projects in order to resolve customer issues in initial phase
- Following up on existing tickets and escalating unresolved cases to relevant support groups.
- Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues in your region
