Responsibilities

  • Implementing the Sales and Marketing plan developed by the company
  • Pursuing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies
  • Prospecting for bulk and resale Customers for the company’s products
  • Initiating and overseeing special promotions to push products in the market
  • Making presentations of the product to prospective clients and stockists
  • Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on product performance
  • Following up on due payments and collecting the same from clients
  • Collecting and resolving customer complaints or escalating to the head office
  • Conducting continuous market intelligence to monitor competitor actions
  • Carrying out market research on new consumer trends in the Market
  • Overseeing and coordinating distribution channel activities
  • Managing the relationships with distributors and channel members
