- Pursuing and implementing new sales and marketing strategies
- Prospecting for bulk and resale Customers for the company’s products
- Initiating and overseeing special promotions to push products in the market
- Making presentations of the product to prospective clients and stockists
- Initiating and following up on orders and keeping records on product performance
- Following up on due payments and collecting the same from clients
- Collecting and resolving customer complaints or escalating to the head office
- Conducting continuous market intelligence to monitor competitor actions
- Carrying out market research on new consumer trends in the Market
- Overseeing and coordinating distribution channel activities
