Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of loss ratio and utility reports
- Pricing for new and existing schemes
- Ensuring renewal notices with appropriate terms are sent 60 days to renewal
- Scheme management-ensuring cards, debit and credit notes are issued within stipulated TAT
- Policy document issuance within stipulated TAT
- Ensuring schemes are set up with correct benefit structures
- Scheme performance monitoring and implementing corrective measures
- Member education of scheme members
