Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Nairobi

Nature of Job: Full time

Summary: Ensuring excellent service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage.  Supervising and co-coordinating the Food and Beverage Department.

Duties

  • To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
  • To ensure that guests receive high quality service
  • To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with
  • To be responsible for his or her own results
  • To optimize the supply chain and the use made of raw materials

Key Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a busy hotel as an F&B Manager or Supervisor
  • Team management, leadership & team player
  • Effective management: delivering profit center profitability
  • Adaptability: coping with the diversity of customers and their needs
  • Thorough and initiative
  • Good relationship skills
