Job Title: Account Executive

Job Title reports to: Account Manager

Main Purpose of the Job: Assist drive the company’s growth in business volume and profitability from assigned accounts

Principal Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in achieving set team’s business targets in both volume and profitability through growing billings from existing clients and recruiting new ones
  • Ensuring compliance  with appropriate and established  systems that guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in the agency’s business operations
  • Proactively establishing and growing strong relationships/partnerships with current and potential clients in a manner that promotes the agency’s positioning, policies and values
  • Working with agency colleagues in developing suitable proposals that adequately answers clients’ briefs and optimises the agency’s  competitiveness in pitches
  • Actively participating in  ensuring proper preparation for, and presentation of proposals to clients
  • Following up for  proposal approvals and commitment  from clients via LPOs and/or contracts
  • Working with relevant agency colleagues to develop content and deliver training to project staff in line with client initiatives and internal requirements
  • Briefing and debriefing project staff on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are all aligned at all times in the project lifecycle
  • In liaison with Operations department, ensuring proper project management through effective planning, implementation, monitoring & control as well as evaluation
  • Managing administrative tasks and day-to-day delivery of clients’  projects by ensuring that work is strategically correct, on time and on budget
  • Closely monitoring and reviewing the progress of all clients’ projects to ensure that at all times the agency is  in control
  • Preparing and sharing up-to-date work status reports with all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally on a regular basis and in line with agreed on mechanism
  • Assist in  developing and presenting accurate, relevant  and insightful reports to clients for all projects
  • Arranging and attending client meetings and following each meeting with a client contact report
  • Liaising with accounts department to prepare and send correct invoices to clients for each project and ensuring timely payments from clients
  • Ensuring that timely client feedback is obtained for all projects through the established client satisfaction survey method
  • Offering excellent client service through effective communication, feedback, response to requests for service, results delivery, and proper engagement
  • Attend to any duty as otherwise directed by your supervisor or the General Manager.

Education Qualification and Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences
  • Professional qualification in marketing, preferably CIM
  • Proficiency in computers

  • At least 2 (years) year experience in marketing or brand management from a reputable company.
