The Company is a subsidiary of a Kenyan group and distributes and markets household appliances and electronic goods.
It wishes to recruit an energetic and high self-motivated Sales Manager to lead its distribution and retail activities countrywide
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure full implementation of the company’s retail sales budget.
- Implement strategies to grow sales through supermarkets and electronic shops.
- Exploit sales opportunities available in online marketing.
- Coordinate Advertising and sales promotion activities.
- A university degree preferably in marketing.
- Possession of professional qualifications in marketing plus and MBA would be an added advantage.
- Considerable experience in marketing of fast moving consumer goods.
- Strong team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven capability in planning. Implementing and monitoring sales and marketing action plans.
- Good appreciation of e-commerce marketing.
