ICT First Line Support

Reporting to the Networks Operations Manager the successful candidates will be responsible for providing 1st line support for the organizations IT infrastructure.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical / Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent

The following Certification and Training are an added advantage

  • HP BAC usage training, CCIE, CCNP, CCNA
  • MCSE: Data Platform, Data Management & Analytics, Sharepoint, Enterpre Devices and Apps,
    Business Intelligence, Messaging, Communication, Productivity, Server Infrastructure, Cloud
    Platform and Infrastructure,  Private Cloud, Mobility.
  • Oracle  Enterprise Management Certifications, Oracle Database Certifications, Oracle Identity Management Certifications, Oracle Virtualization Certifications, Oracle Cloud Application Certifications, Oracle Business Intelligence Certifications, Oracle Applications Certifications
  • Red Hat Certified Admin certifications
  • IP contact center support(IPCC) training.
  • Unix/Linux training
  • Cloud Services support training
  • Competence on usage and support of Vmware Vcenter
  • Competence on usage and support of NPM Solarwinds
  • MS Exchange server support training & Certification
  • Oracle/MySQl/MSSQL training
  • Web Administration training & Certification
  • Support training for ERP IDM, POS and integration solutions
