Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Nairobi

Duties
- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Manage and resolve customer’s complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
- Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
