Sheer Logic is seeking to engage a dynamic individual for the Franchise Operations Manager for one of our clients in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- The Operations Manager manages the franchise restaurants operations and ensures development of its activities;
- He/She constantly optimizes the offer and the results of the sales outlets;
- He/She makes a commitment of confidentiality;
- He/She is responsible for his /her buget and operating account; and
- He/She is responsible for the training and management of the restaurant teams within and respects brand procedures.
