HR/Admin Intern

General responsibilities:

Handle the HR functions like recruitment and some administration roles.


  • Developing job descriptions for various positions and post them to various media.
  • Shortlisting candidates and conduct interviews
  • Do background checks for successful candidates
  • Arranging and filing documents
  • Arranging and following up on meetings
  • Do minutes for every meeting
  • Scanning and photocopying of office documents
  • Any other duty that will be assigned.
