Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Job Holder Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generating HR Metrics (should therefore be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and generation of graphical reports).
- Good knowledge of labour laws.
- Responsible in managing and ensuring up to date employees personnel records.
- General HR Administrative duties i.e. reports & minutes writing including other HR related documents.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Possess a minimum of Diploma in HR / Degree Certificate will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience –Most preferably in FMCGs/Agricultural sector i.e flower industry.
