Position: Sales Manager For Digital Print Workshop

Reporting to: Company Directors

Contract duration: Renewable 2 year contract subject to performance and after a suitable probation period of 3 months

Relevant Industry: Digital Printing, Photobook Printing

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Overall in-charge of the sales team and team targets (target of USD 50,000 sales per month)
  • Will be subject to a set sales target figure, both individually and for the team
  • Managing and supervising a sales team
  • Push for aggressive photobook sales and have knowledge and experience in the printing of photobook in addition to digital print experience
  • Generation of new leads in different sectors and closing sales as required
  • Ensuring sales kits and sales collateral is in order and available
  • Generation of relevant reports as required
  • Having worked with an HP Indigo Press would be an added advantage


  • Bachelor’s degree / Graduate.
  • Professional qualification will be an added advantage

Required Skill Set

  • Relevant qualification in sales and experience of 8-10 years in sales of digital printing

Desired profile of the candidate

  • Young, energetic and aggressive individual who can push sales in digital printing and photobooks, preferably between 30 and 40 years.
  • Exp. Required in Years Minimum of 8-10 years in digital printing and/or photobook

Compensation range & other Benefits (with tax/without tax)

Approx. Kshs 160,000 – Kshs 180,000 per month gross
