Vacancy: Chief of Party – CASE-OVC Project
About us: Christian Aid is a humanitarian and development organisation that insists the world can and must be swiftly changed to one where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.
We work globally for profound change tackling the root causes of poverty, empowering people to have a brighter future, and creating enabling environments for communities to exercise their capacities. We strive to achieve equality, dignity and freedom for all, regardless of faith or nationality.
In Kenya, Christian Aid focuses on delivering interventions that shift power relations and dynamics in favour of poor and marginalised communities and groups as a means to ending poverty cycles. We work across access to essential services, inclusive market systems and resilience to climate change related disasters.
Comprehensive Assistance, Support and Empowerment of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (CASE-OVC) project is a USAID-funded $38.8 Million Cooperative Agreement awarded to a consortium led by Christian Aid.
CASE OVC is a five-year initiative that aims to improve the welfare and protection of children affected by HIV/AIDS in 18 target counties in Central, Eastern and Part of Rift Valley leading to resilient and thriving orphans and vulnerable children.
