Sales Interns – Cloud Software
Job Salary: 15,000 + Commissions starting at 120K/month (uncapped)
Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Our client, a cloud software company, is seeking an eager and sales driven Sales Interns with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter attitude.
A successful Sales Intern will leverage key stakeholders and resources to drive deals through the customer engagement process.
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for nurturing established territories while also having the opportunity to develop untapped regions.
Top 3 things you’ll be doing:
# 1 – Cultivate Pipeline. Lead generation; you will be responsible for managing and driving sales cycles by qualifying and accurately forecasting new business opportunities.
# 2 – Showcase the Value/Solution/Brand. Become an expert in uncovering challenges that the prospective clients face. Through a product presentation, you will show how the software solves their challenges, addresses their particular concerns, and helps their company grow.
# 3 – Close Business. Drive revenue by navigating the customer buying process, engaging internal and external key stakeholders, and ultimately securing a signed agreement.
- Experience selling to SMEs
- Diploma preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
- Strong phone & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Over 1 year sales experience, particularly in software, IT, Telcomms solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Compensation: 15K, commissions starting at 120K/month (uncapped)
