Our client is an IT Business Solutions Provider; they are looking to hire a Front Office Executive;
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains telecommunication system within the organization
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity and team effort among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Will be required to identify tenders the organization can participate and download the tenders and forward to the relevant department.
Skills and qualifications
- Product Knowledge
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
- Interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Product knowledge.
- Feedback from clients on inquiries made.
