Our client is an IT Business Solutions Provider; they are looking to hire a Front Office Executive;

Front Office

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains telecommunication system within the organization
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity and team effort among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Will be required to identify tenders the organization can participate and download the tenders and forward to the relevant department.

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity
