Restaurant Manager and Supervisor Jobs in Nairobi Kenya

PRI is looking for a restaurant Manager and a Supervisor to be based in Nairobi.


  • Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability;
  • Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
  • Prepare reports weekly, including staff control, food control and sales;
  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development;
  • Plan and coordinate menus;
  • Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts;
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints;
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;


  • A degree in Business manager and hospitality
  • 3 year of experience as a restaurant manager
  • Good business awareness for achieving successful performance;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and easy to work within a team
  • strong planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Management software
