Position: Sales Executives
Location: Nairobi

What you will be doing
As ambassadors of the organization, the ideal candidates will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client acquisition
- Participate in client meetings and seminars to present and sell the company’s services
- Build and manage relationships with potential customers and clients
- Generate leads for business
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and build client portfolios
- Understand customers’ businesses to help the organization provide adequate solutions
What we are looking for:
- Full Sales and Marketing qualifications from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years’ post-qualification work experience as a B2B sales expert is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Confident, resilient, quick learner, strong negotiator, ability to deal with difficult clients
- Energetic, self-motivated, go-getter who is able to work flexibly and meet targets under limited supervision
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Swahili both written and oral
Position: Social Media & Marketing Executives
Location: Nairobi

What you will be doing
As ambassadors of the organization, the ideal candidates will:
- Develop and execute creative social media plans
- Identify opportunities and deliver new initiatives to enhance marketing campaigns and communications to the benefit of the organization
- Write short and long-form content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website content and inspirational blog content
- Coordinate social media activity, including writing and posting content, community management, influencer marketing and social activity
- Create a marketing plan for key initiatives to deliver the objectives of each campaign
- Maintaining and updating the website based on SEO best practices, including homepage updates, special offer landing pages, competition pages etc
- Brief and deliver the assets (such as digital, social media assets) required to effectively support the initiatives – creating high quality elements for all relevant channels in a timely manner working with the external design studio effectively.
- Assisting with email marketing, including B2B and B2C outreach, layout and copy, list management and subject line testing
- Take ownership for the in-market performance of initiatives adjusting plans to reflect performance to yield the best result possible. Upon completion create a formal review of the campaign with key learning to be shared back to the leadership
- Responsibility for the budget management of initiatives ensuring delivery within budget
- Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet the organization’s changing priorities.
