Medifinance Limited Assistant Insurance Executive Vacancy in Kenya

Medifinance Limited is the Investment arm of Kenya Medical Association Sacco that runs TIBA Insurance agency among other Investment activities such as land and Real Estate, Property management, supply chain management among others.

The Company – Medifinance Limited intends to recruit result oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Assistant Insurance Executive

Reporting to the insurance principal officer, the incumbent shall execute sound data entry practices, high quality record keeping, claim process management and assist in customer service.

Critical Accountabilities

  • Capturing all transactions into TIBA insurance agencies system
  • Promptly validate all claims, ensure timely communication to claims departments of providers with submission of requisite supporting documents and ensuring the providers promptly settle the claims.
  • Timely, accurate and complete record keeping of all transactions of TIBA insurance agencies in the computerized accounting system in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assisting in customer service/ underwriting duties.
  • Carrying out any other lawful duties as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time

Professional Educational Qualifications

  • At least Diploma in Business related field.
  • Insurance certification/proficiency.
  • Computer literate and proficient
  • At least two years working experience, preferably in insurance underwriting.
