The Opportunity: Global Assurance Senior
Global Assurance is part of Plan’s governance framework and has been established to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Plan’s operations.
It helps Plan accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
The incumbent will have Demonstrable knowledge of principles of auditing and risk management and be aware of the risks facing the development sector.
Awareness of development sector standards (Sphere, PiAid, Core Humanitarian Standard), have experience of practical programme management as well as awareness of emerging practice in programme effectiveness and impact measurement with experience on various donors conditions and requirements.
S/He will demonstrate good Interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, demonstrate a strong team leader with good influencing, negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills, should possess relevant undergraduate degree.
