Our client in the city travel industry and currently operating in unstructured set-up is seeking to fill the following position so as to successfully implement its strategy.

Account Manager

Job summary: The incumbent will lead the brand immersion agenda by developing key relationships and partnerships in the luxury lifestyle arena, as well as digital marketing platforms.

Key Duties & responsibilities

  • Seeking and receiving feedback from potential and existing customers
  • Making deliberate follow ups with clients of their experience with the chauffeuring team
  • Responding to enquiries from clients and potential customers online and physically
  • Initiating and following through social media live chats
  • Responsible for developing and implementation of digital marketing strategies
  • Co-ordinating client communications and the operations team to ensure customised solutions that meet and exceed expectations of customers
  • Planning and implementing cohesive public relation strategies with potential clients and strategic partners
  • Playing a supporting role in identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing new marketing strategies that suit changing business environment

Skills & Requirements

  • Marketing/communication degree or other relevant degree
  • Tech and social media savvy
  • Friendly, patient, Passionate about quality, well groomed and elegant
  • Certificate of good conduct
  • Posses customer service experience in a high end environment
  • Previous luxury product and/or automotive experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and client service skills
  • Track record of working in a collaborative environment with multiple clients and agency partners
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Performance driven and hands on individual
  • Enjoy networking and relationship building
  • Highly organised and self motivated
  • Excellent presentations skills and works well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a non structured environment
