How our programme works!

Our programme is a three year adventure providing you with two to three rotations during which you’ll find yourself challenged and inspired to reach your full potential.​

You’ll be introduced to many of our Diageo leaders globally so you can see how we operate around the world.

You’ll also enjoy the backing and support of a mentor and buddy who will give you an introduction to Diageo’s culture and help you successfully navigate your career.

As Business Partners, our role is to ensure that we have the right conditions in place to grow both our leaders and their teams.

We are there to challenge and support in equal measure; to help strategically shape the future in order to deliver the best possible performance.

You will play a pivotal role in helping to diagnose, define and execute the People agenda for your areas of responsibility.

That could be executing a talent strategy that attracts, develops and retains those future giants we mentioned; or working with line managers and teams to focus them on being the high performers needed.

Sitting alongside all of this will be our core people processes and interventions that you will execute brilliantly, while always look for opportunities for efficiencies or bigger outcomes across the HR function.

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum Bachelor academic degree with Upper Second Class honors or equivalent in Business Administration Management / Human Resource Management
  • Fluency in English
  • Right to live and work in Tanzania
  • Willing to relocate in or outside Tanzania if opportunities arise
