Vacant Position: Sales and Marketing Executives
Nature of Job: Full time
Locations: Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, Narok
Salary: 25-30K Plus Commissions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counter sales
- Coordinating activities of the dealers
- Ensuring the products are available in their regions
- Managing sales office in the region
- Social media marketing
- Coordinate orders
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and queries
- Follow-up on timely delivery of orders
- Manage key accounts and establish customer relationships to increase sales
- Communicate new orders with the head office in Nairobi
- Answer to customer’s complaints in a timely manner
- Work closely with the loading, dispatch team and drivers for orders delivery
- Ensure all orders are captured accurately.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports for Management review
Skills and Competencies:
- Having a high level of initiative and drive
- Having strong sense of responsibility and commitment to one’s duties
- Able to follow given instructions
- Time management skills
- Supervisory or leadership skills
- Good knowledge of social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
- Must exhibit excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Education / Experience:
- Degree / Diploma in sales and marketing or a business related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
- 2-3 years sales and marketing experience in a busy company dealing with products
- Experience in social media marketing will be an added advantage
