BTL Agency HR Coordinator Job in Nairobi, Kenya

We are a leading BTL agency based in Nairobi and we would like to hire a HR Co-ordinator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all ongoing projects right from recruitment, training until completion of the projects.
  • Talent acquisition of the teams and creating team profiles for different projects
  • In charge of the team database
  • Completing, forwarding and follow up of insurance claim with insurance brokers
  • Coordinating staff medical cover- application forms and deletion of separated staff
  • Drafting appointment and contract letters for signature/approval
  • Assisting/coordinating performance appraisal exercise.
  • Inducting new company employees
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Well conversant with Kenya Labor Laws
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a marketing industry/ experiential marketing /BTL is a MUST
  • Must be a member of IHRM
  • Ability to communicate and co-operate well in a team.
