We are a leading BTL agency based in Nairobi and we would like to hire a HR Co-ordinator.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing all ongoing projects right from recruitment, training until completion of the projects.
- Talent acquisition of the teams and creating team profiles for different projects
- In charge of the team database
- Completing, forwarding and follow up of insurance claim with insurance brokers
- Coordinating staff medical cover- application forms and deletion of separated staff
- Drafting appointment and contract letters for signature/approval
- Assisting/coordinating performance appraisal exercise.
- Inducting new company employees
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Well conversant with Kenya Labor Laws
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a marketing industry/ experiential marketing /BTL is a MUST
- Must be a member of IHRM
- Ability to communicate and co-operate well in a team.
