Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager

Are you a great business developer who thrives in the unknown and is able to grow a business from near infancy or start up?

We are looking for you. We want a dynamic, self driven and highly motivated person to fill the position of business developer in our firm.

He/ She will be involved in the full sales cycles from prospecting to development on through closing new business to achieve revenue objectives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales, proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business. Experience in managing sales teams is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills; ability to speak articulately and credibly.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Understanding of the principles of marketing, marketing dynamics and advertising cost-effectiveness.
  • Computer literacy. Adept at using MS-Office
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator as well as have social perceptiveness.
  • Web savvy and shows great interest in the IT industry.
