Our client a Human Resource Advisory company is recruiting a Business Development Executive.
In line with our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for young, energetic and ambitious individuals to develop and grow new business channels.
The Position: To be responsible for prospecting, developing and increasing sales and brand visibility for the Company services.
1. Drives new business development by prospecting, negotiating and closing on deals:
a. Long term corporate partnership on internship programs
b. Looking out for corporate training and consultancy opportunities
c. Engagement with churches on youth on unemployment
d. Engagement with NGOs working on the youth space and programs
e. Recruitment services for corporates
f. Securing participation in university Career Fairs
g. Career guidance for High schools
2. Reviews client/candidate CVs according to the agreed company templates and ensures prompt response is provided;
3. Manages the social media and company website ensuring accurate and up to date content always;
4. Attends to any inquiries, posts, etc from the clients and general public;
5. Posts of new vacancies and jobs in the website;
6. Responsible for sending out daily emails to the subscribers;
7. Arranges for job interview coaching sessions – both phone and 1-on-1;
8. Arranges and coordinates company events:
a. Venue management
d. Post event follow-ups
9. Attends networking events to promote the Company services and secure business opportunities
- You should demonstrate high level of integrity, resilience and drive with a go-getter attitude
- Strong negotiation, sales and marketing skills with demonstrated ability to close a deal.
- Degree or Diploma in Business related discipline
- High aptitude in computer applications with versatility on social media
- Minimum two (2) years’ relevant experience
