KSIA Chief Executive Officer Job in Kenya

Kenya Security Industry Association (KSIA) is a federation of corporate Private Security providers whose core business is to lobby for the interest of its members founded seventeen years ago.

Powered by its mission, KSIA is developing new partnerships with some of the world’s exciting like minded concerns, expand membership and translate its vision into widespread impact.

We are looking for a hands-on individual, to fill the position of a Chief Executive Officer.

He/she should be self oriented, innovative and a team leader.

The position requires a mature individual with a Bachelors Degree in Management or related field with a bias in Marketing. Post graduates qualifications will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with membership based mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of
partnership management and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Expand the membership portfolio across the country aligned to the Private Security Regulatory Act 2016.
  • Organizational strategy development and oversight, board and advisory support, external relations, program and partnership development, fundraising and financial oversight, operations management among others that will be detailed in the job profile

An attractive remuneration and package will be paid to the successful candidate
