  • Detail-Oriented: You have a strong and uncompromising command of the English language. Be it the Oxford Comma or the semicolon, you know what to use, where and when. You could proofread a novel, a report or a crisis communication press release and can spot inconsistencies and things others might miss.

  • Commissioned and worked with influencers, bringing your own set of relationships with you that can you tap for a given assignment
    – Bonus: Experience creating reporting frameworks that span more than social media. These can include for daily, weekly and monthly analysis of key metrics on brand engagement (i.e. website metrics such as unique vs. returning visitors and click-through rate), traffic sources (i.e. direct, referral and organic traffic) and conversions (i.e. conversion rates and cost per acquisition for campaigns)
  • The ability to move from identifying an issue to sending a quick tweet to nip a potential problem in the bud
  • Experience creating custom dashboards that pull directly from sources such as Google Trends or Mention and a mix of free/paid monitoring tools. You’ll be familiar with then exporting this information – be it through reports or screenshots into client-friendly formats e.g. written reports or slide presentations
