Sheer Logic is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for the position of Call Centre Agents.
This is a one year contract (Renewable).
- Handle incoming calls and provide solutions/advice to customers and subordinates;
- Monitor and respond to incoming SMS;
- Maintain and update customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
- Identify and escalate priority issues;
- Complete call log reports for subordinates;
- Follow the company sales and after sales processes ;
- Help generate sales leads.
- Degree/ Diploma in any field
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable with good interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills.
- At least 1 year experience working in a call centre will be a distinct advantage.
