Call Centre Agents Jobs in Kenya

Sheer Logic is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for the position of Call Centre Agents.

This is a one year contract (Renewable).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide solutions/advice to customers and subordinates;
  • Monitor and respond to incoming SMS;
  • Maintain and update customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
  • Identify and escalate priority issues;
  • Complete call log reports for subordinates;
  • Follow the company sales and after sales processes ;
  • Help generate sales leads.

Qualifications

  • Degree/ Diploma in any field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentable with good interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a call centre will be a distinct advantage.
