HR Consultant Job in Nairobi, Kenya

People Foco Agency is a Private owned organization whose concentration is assisting SME’s in managing their human resource needs.

Currently, we are seeking to hire a HR Consultant to join our dedicated team.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Salary: KShs 25,000

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for the company
  • Develop job descriptions for various open positions
  • Shortlist and conduct interviews
  • Regularly update staff leaves
  • Assist is processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
  • Receive and respond to office calls
  • Arrange and file office documents
  • Petty cash management
  • Ensure the office has the necessary supplies

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email.
