Currently, we are seeking to hire a HR Consultant to join our dedicated team.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: KShs 25,000
Key Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the company
- Develop job descriptions for various open positions
- Shortlist and conduct interviews
- Regularly update staff leaves
- Assist is processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
- Receive and respond to office calls
- Arrange and file office documents
- Petty cash management
- Ensure the office has the necessary supplies
- Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email.
