Our client a real estate company is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their dedicated team

Location: Nairobi

Salary: 120K

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Soliciting and acquiring business from corporate and large clients
  • Leading sales and business development initiative
  • Conduct market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates
  • Liaise with Real Estate Agents periodically to identify business opportunities
  • Plan and implement strategies to improve market share
  • Assist in the development of monthly targets and annual sales goals
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, and recommending service improvements
  • Assist marketing team in preparing necessary collateral material
  • Developing strategies for marketing valuation services
  • Preparing proposals and presentations to new and existing clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and securing new business
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry
  • Ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
