Job Title: Sales Representative (Cleaning Company)

Purpose: Bring in New Business
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess the current business environment with a view of growing the revenue base.
- Bringing in new business directly by way of introducing services offered to potential clients and upcoming buildings and follow up any leads given.
- Providing customers with details of the services such as price, delivery times etc.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints and escalating them to the Business Development Manager when the need arises.
- Ensure sales revenue and all other related payments are received
- Continuously assess the current business environment with a view of enhancing service delivery.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the organization’s service within the assigned geographical area.
- Inform the company on competitive activity and conditions that would affect the company’s interest.
- Service the existing accounts
- Contribute to the team’s effect in accomplishing organizational goals
- Provide historical records by keeping report on customers enquiries
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plan and monthly annual territory analysis
Key Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Management
- 5 yrs experience
- Must have worked in the cleaning industry
- Proven Sales Record
Gross Salary 25,000 – 35,000 + Commissions KSh
