Job Vacancy: Customer Service Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Receive walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate contact person.
  • Attend to customers in the absence of a service advisor or at customer request.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customer inquiries and requests, identify needs and resolve customer concerns.
  • Receive and attend to telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle Administrative and clerical duties in the department.
  • Co-ordinate courtesy transport arrangements for customers.
  • Make and maintain customer service appointments/bookings
  • Maintain safe, tidy and clean service reception by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Monitor loaner vehicles to ensure they are returned within the loaner period and ensure they are processed timely.
  • Make follow-up calls to Service Customers, record all customer concerns, and share the information with all relevant stakeholders and follow up for timely resolution.

For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Any business related degree
  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management or Communication
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Customer focus, good communication & interpersonal skills, composure and ability to work under pressure.
