Position: Office Assistant
The office assistant with Flexidesk will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Aiding with client reception as needed; Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Serving customers by backing-up office manager; answering questions; forwarding messages.
- Managing filing system and recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and health and safety
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
