The office assistant with Flexidesk will be responsible for the following tasks.

  • Aiding with client reception as needed; Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Serving customers by backing-up office manager; answering questions; forwarding messages.
  • Managing filing system and recording information as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and health and safety
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
