Job Title: Front Office Officer / Customer Care

Purpose: Manage The Front Office

Reports To: HR & Admin Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and operate the switchboard
  • Route calls to specific people
  • Answer to enquiries about the company
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person / office
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Order Office supplies and keep inventory stock

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 yrs in a busy environment
  • Diploma in Front Office Mgt
  • Must be 35 yrs and above
  • Certificate in Customer service

Gross Salary: 35,000 Kes
