Our client a leading manufacturer in concrete precast products is seeking to recruit Sales Executive.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and drive Institutional Sales team to achieve company business objectives
- Building and maintaining a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads and managing the existing customer base
- Building long term partnerships with senior management at key customer accounts, solutions partners and channel partners.
- Preparing presentations and professional proposals that highlight the value of our solutions and services
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the sales executives who will be on field
- Engaging with in-house R & D department to provide solutions that address unique customer requirements and new market development to gain competitive advantage.
- Report to management on weekly basis performance of external sales teams, internal sales management to ensure quotations and phone calls translate to sales.
- Work with the web team to ensure all web related sales queries are translated to sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other related discipline is required
- Should have a minimum experience of 3-years.
- Strong analytical skills, business savvy and the ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and all relevant marketing software
- Creative and innovative and always ready to try new ideas
