Job Vacancy: Operations Assistant (Maternity Back-up)

Duties and Responsibilities

We are in search of an individual with a high sense of maturity, fluent and polished communication skills and with a keen eye on customer service to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Records Management – Ensuring all records are sorted out and reviewed for completeness before submitting for scanning.
  • Switch Board – Attending to the switch board and ensuring effective cover is in place.
  • Vendors – Coordinating with staff to reach out to vendors in activities such as daily supply of foods and beverage.
  • Book Room and back up – Follow the laid down procedure to store and sort records in the book room. Providing an effective backup for deliveries and collection to and from the bank to customers during the period when the driver is on duty or away for official duties.
  • Back up and feedback – Provide regular and timely feedback on customer concerns as picked up during phone interactions to highlight gaps and areas of improvement.
