Our client, a leading Cloud Solutions provider is seeking to recruit an Account Manager who is results-driven, should actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer retention, up-selling and cross-selling in close collaboration with the sales representative
  • Responsible for expanding the sales network and maintain contact with existing partners in the market.
  • Gather and disseminate market intelligence to assure competitive position
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meeting
  • Prepare timely management reports and present to the management or technical committee
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with customers and key opinion makers.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
  • Prospect for new corporate contracted business
  • Develop profitable relationships with portfolio of trade suppliers to secure long-term business
  • Organize promotional activity with appropriate organization for incremental business
  • Weekly reports on gaps and appropriate action plans to cover the gaps rep wise
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research, Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • Must have a minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role who has been selling soft and/or hardware and understands account management
  • Should have a proven track record and experience in leading a sales team
  • Stamina, drive, self-motivation and a passion for customer service
  • Creative and innovative and always ready to try new ideas
