Vacant Position: Corporate Trainer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine training needs, schedule training sessions and design effective training programs
- Select and book venues
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance and other records
- Manage training budgets
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
Key Competences
- MBA, BA in business, HR, finance / management, IT or relevant field
- Must Be registered with NITA
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Excellent communication, public speaking skills and presentation
- Organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking and decision making skills
- Terms of engagement on part time basis
