Vacant Position: Corporate Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determine training needs, schedule training sessions and design effective training programs
  • Select and book venues
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Keep attendance and other records
  • Manage training budgets
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training

Key Competences

  • MBA, BA in business, HR, finance / management, IT or relevant field
  • Must Be registered with NITA
  • Proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Excellent communication, public speaking skills and presentation
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Terms of engagement on part time basis
