Sales Executive (Branding Solutions) Job in Kenya

We are looking for a Rock Star Sales Executive with a demonstrated experience in Selling branding, Shop fit outs, Indoor/outdoor printing solutions.

Our client is a leading digital and silkscreen printing company in Kenya with a print capacity to deliver consistent print quality across a large range of branding and point of sale solutions.

Their focus on print quality combined with its innovative ideas and fast turn-around times has given the company its competitive edge in the indoor and outdoor signage and branding market.

  • Plan and prioritize sales activities by customer prospects
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  • Use Creative Services to help the company gain competitive advantages and market share.
  • Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions etc.
  • Aggressively and passionately sell and represent all of the core products from all our departments: Digital, Screen, Point of Sale.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Adapt and grow technology skill sets to serve changing needs of clients and markets.
  • Base daily activities on the Company’s Core Values to ensure that all decisions are made which produce winning results for our company and our clients.
  • Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Relevant academic background; Degree/Diploma
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience
  • Available to start immediately
