Career Opportunity: Property Officer
Reporting to the Administrator / Trust secretary of the Pension Scheme, the successful candidate will oversee all matters regarding the Scheme’s property portfolio to ensure it performs efficiently.
Qualifications, experience and other requirements
Applicants must possess the following:
- Bachelors of Arts Degree in either Land Economics, Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Valuation or Construction Management;
- Three (3) years relevant experience in a reputable organization;
- Knowledge on property management legislations and guidelines.
