Mercy Corps Online MEL Data Management, Analysis and Visualization Platform Development Tender

Mercy Corps

Invitation to Tender

Tender Name: Development of an Online MEL Data Management, Analysis and Visualization Platform

Tender No: MCK/NBO/10/2018

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Correspondence Language(s): English

Brief Summary Description of Project: Mercy Corps Kenya is currently implementing a total of six 1 programs spanning several development sectors in various parts of Kenya.

In collaboration with ACDI VOCA, we are implementing the LMS AA2 “Feed the Future” activity, funded by USAID, which seeks to strengthen the resilience of northern Kenyans in arid and semi-arid lands and reduce poverty, hunger, and undernutrition by creating diversified livelihoods for pastoralists moving up and out of the livestock value chain.

The activity also aims to strengthen institutions and improve human capital for better water, sanitation, and hygiene practices, literacy, numeracy, and life skills. This and other programs are currently facing challenges with meeting their MEL data management, analysis, visualization and reporting needs.

MCK’s LMS Program (and other programs) are thus seeking technical ICT support in the development of an online Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Database and Data Visualization platform.

It is envisioned that this system will also be tested and rolled out to other current and future MCK programs, to serve as the main central data management and visualization platform for the country program
