Job Opportunity: Risk and Governance Manager

Are you looking to grow your career in risk and compliance in a demanding service environment?

As a Governance Manager for Customer Contact Centre, you will be an integral member of the leadership team and serves as a trusted advisor on all things related to business governance and assurance.

You will work closely with all leaders to ensure the Operational Risk Measurement and Management Framework is effectively implemented and managed across the Customer Contact Centre.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Accounting, finance, business administration, law or related disciplines
  • Exposure to and thorough understanding of Risk & Compliance Management
  • Analytical Skills coupled with a flair for numbers and analysis with proven problem solving, interpretation and attention to detail capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
  • Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and being efficient and organized in all operations
  • Excellent customer service ethic & telecommunications, banking/finance/insurance or related industry knowledge.
