Job Vacancy: Sales Team Leader
The right candidate will have experience working in experiential marketing, coordinating internal and external resources, and will have a strong passion in planning & executing sales Programs and Activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching and retention of in-field reps
- Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines
- Set Sales targets and Motivate The sales team
- Lead monthly reporting of in-field activities, including qualitative and quantitative results
- Oversee budget tracking, forecasting and inventory for the field teams, reconciling budgets on a monthly basis
- Be constantly finding new, innovative ideas to maximize the infield marketing experience, pitching opportunities internally on a quarterly basis
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG OR experiential marketing
- 1-2 years managing direct reports
- Exceptional organization and administrative skills, as well as the ability to multitask
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to problem solve
- An outgoing dynamic and driven individual who can work well independently and on a team
- Leadership and Motivation Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
