Business Development Executive Job in Nairobi Kenya

Our client, the leading Events Management Company in East Africa is urgently seeking to hire a Business Development Executive.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting potential and existing clients to increase opportunities, market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations
  • Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
  • Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
  • Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.
  • Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Must have excellent account management and new business development skills
  • Able to solve problems and present solutions
  • Good budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Familiar with online marketing and social media
  • Strong relationship management skills
