Business Development Executive (Training)
He/She will be Responsible for:-
Business Development:
- Identifying new Business Opportunities
- Getting new orders
- Participations in Tenders
- Overall Growth of Company and revenue in the region
Managing Region’s Business:
- Managing Partners
- Implementing Solutions
- Managing the Regional Training Operations
- Coordinating with all stakeholder
Telecom Specific:
- Managing the Regional Training Operations
- Coordinating with all stakeholder
- Identify training need using various tools and work with the Team Champion/Trainers
- Create an appropriate solution to achieve the output KPI by implementing the solution across verticals
- Measure the Impact of it on a regular basis
- Monthly Reviews with Telco Stakeholders/ Management
- Complete ownership of the business deliverables, collections and Trainers’ capacity utilization
Location: Nairobi
Requirement Specifications
Age Group: 30-40
Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduate / Bachelor Degree
Professional Qualification: Done work in B2B with Telecom or FMCG, Have looked after new business acquisition and was in Client facing role
Mandatory Experience: B2B experience at Country level, Creation of Technical/ Financial Proposals Tenders
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Skill Sets: Business development skills, Leadership Skills, Communication skills, Sales skills, Presentation skills
Basic Salary: $800 Dollars P.M
