Job Vacancy: Hotel Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • managing budgets
  • maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Managing and Accounting for Stocks
  • planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
  • handling customer complaints and queries
  • promoting and marketing the business
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
  • Organising staff rotas

Requirements

  • Hospitality or Hotel Management Certificate or Diploma
  • 5+ years’ experience in hotel management
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality Standards
  • Proven leadership experience in a hotel setting
  • Exceptional communication skills and commitment to providing excellent service to hotel guests
