Human Resource Officer – Operations

Job Focus

  • Supporting payroll processing & administration
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Conducting staff training and development needs
  • Generating HR systems reports for monitoring & decision making
  • Workforce administration & service delivery
  • Managing transport & pool drivers

You will need fluency in: Training Skills Workforce, Administration skills, Employee Relations, Working knowledge in HRMIS, Interpersonal skills, Analytical Skills, Organizational skills, Time Management

First level Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge and use of SAP is a MUST
