We work with everyone (tight schedule moms, the working class, corporates, newbies learning a new sport, children, masters’ athletes e.t.c) to ensure they meet their fitness goals.

We provide fitness solutions by uniting trainers and trainees through fun interactions and exciting environments. We also do consulting for owners of fitness facilities like gyms and swimming pools. We have highly qualified trainers and consulting associates who utilize their passion for fitness and making memorable connections in support of our clients.

Our marketing executives develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role of a marketing executive will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and sometimes administrative responsibilities. You are likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, sales and distribution.

We are looking for energetic, passionate and talented individuals to act as local marketing executives to implement client acquisition programs on a part-time basis.

You must have enthusiasm, ambition, excellent attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Holder or working towards a Certificate, Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • A Background in the sports/ fitness industry is an added advantage. Other functional skills required for the job;

Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be looking for new business and closing customers. However, arising opportunities in the company may also lead you to;

  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Overseeing promotional activities
  • Monitoring websites and looking at data analytics
  • Organising events and product exhibitions
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (crm) system
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
  • Monitoring performance
  • Managing campaigns on social media

Salary: Commission of 10% on all business closed.
