Job Title: Sales Executive – Wholesale
Job Summary: Your role is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned outlets by effectively selling the Company’s products and /or related services.
The Territory Sales Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma in sales or marketing from a reputable institution with 2-year minimum selling experience selling in an FMCG environment
- Highest order of Integrity and ability to maintain strictest confidentiality
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Good reporting and sales closure skills
- Excellent self- management skills and the proven ability to meet strict targets and deadlines
