Project Technician

Job Scope: Project Implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation
  • Undertake all site preparations ahead of project commencement.
  • Provide input on materials required for the project and prepare schedule for delivery of materials.
  • Implement construction or renovation as per the designed project plan.
  • Ensure availability of, operate and manage all construction equipment and power hand tools.
  • Monitor and install equipment and associated attachments as may be required.
  • Assist in loading/off-loading of all materials required for construction activities.
  • Perform all technical functions at construction site such as hanging trusses, materials weighing etc.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures as well as company safety policies while at the job site.
  • Attend all job site meetings as required.
  • Any other related work as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Grade test / Certificate / Diploma in a construction related field – carpentry & plumbing
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of project planning and management.

  • A motivated and goal oriented individual.
  • Flexible to understand people’s point of view as well as demonstrate willingness to change ideas or perceptions.
  • Must uphold integrity and commitment to the company.
  • Should possess good communication and problem solving skills.
